Oil to Heat Pump Affordability

Service PEI, in collaboration with the Office of Net Zero, have been administering the Federal “Oil to Heat Pump Affordability Program”. This Program aims to help income qualified Islanders make their home more energy efficient through a variety of upgrades. 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Service PEI has undertaken a project to launch a CRM, which would house the Net Zero programs that we currently assist with for service delivery.

Lennox Island pop up

Service PEI has begun the preliminary stages of creating a pop-up Access PEI clinic located in Lennox Island. 

Policy creation

Service PEI has began a review process of all of our internal policies and creating new ones, ensuring that we are well equipped to service Islanders. 

Skip (driver’s license bookings)

In collaboration with the Department of Highway Safety, we are in the process of creating an online booking system for those looking to get a PEI driver’s license. This is being done in collaboration with Skip the Waiting Room.  

Net Zero Navigator

Through our partnership with Thinking Big, Service PEI and The office of Net Zero were able to create the Net Zero Navigator – an interactive tool that helps Islanders know which programs they qualify for. Currently, the Navigator is undergoing major renovations that would increase the functionality of the tool, making it more accessible for Island residents. 

Know Before You Go Initiative

A project, in partnership with Thinking Big (a local IT company), to develop an online tool to inform people what they need to do before arriving at Access PEI sites. This will ensure they receive seamless customer service with each visit.

ProcedureFlow Program to Streamline Services 

Service PEI has invested in a program called Procedure Flow to streamline services for people at Access PEI sites. It ensures staff have access to the most up-to-date information to give clients consistent service at all Access PEI locations.

Review of Energy Efficient Programs 

Currently reviewing all energy efficient programs for businesses, non-profits and communities, to ensure that they are easy for people to understand and access.
